Our entire business model is based on utilizing the leverage that Prop Firms provide.

In a nutshell, this is the Prop Firm model:

Prop (proprietary) firms are companies that provide capital to skilled traders to trade financial instruments. These firms use their own money rather than client funds. Traders, in turn, get the chance to trade large sums without risking their own capital. However, before a trader can access the Prop Firm’s capital, they have to pass a strict test!

Evaluation Process: Prop firms use challenges to assess traders’ skills, risk management, and consistency.

Simulated Trading: Traders are given a demo account with virtual funds to trade under specific conditions and rules.

Profit Targets: Traders must meet specific profit targets while adhering to strict risk management rules.

Funded Account: If traders pass the challenge, they gain access to a funded trading account with the firm’s capital.

So, traders demonstrate their abilities in a controlled environment. If they succeed, they earn the chance to trade with the firm’s money, potentially making significant profits without risking their own funds.

Here is a typical challenge:

A trader is given a £140,000 account. To get funded, the trader has to make a 15% profit without losing 10%.

Many traders fail due to insufficient skills, lack of strategy, poor emotional control, and inadequate risk management. The biggest limitation is time. We spend hours researching trades, watching the markets, and sitting on our hands!

That’s where we come in. Our traders have extensive experience working with Prop Firms and know how to pass challenges. On average, it takes 4-5 weeks to pass a challenge, and this is where things get very interesting.

You buy a Pool Ticket, and with this, we set up your own Prop Firm Challenge to the value of £140,000.

Each account is traded by one of our traders or one of our low risk trading bots, using a unique strategy and defined risk management.

On average, it takes us 4-5 weeks to pass a challenge, at which point the account becomes a funded account.

Once funded, our traders continue trading your funded account and target to make a 5% monthly profit on every live account – yes, that’s £7,000 a month profit per Pool Ticket!

The Prop Firm takes a tax from all Gross Profit of 20%.

At the end of every month, the total Net Profit is divided as follows:

• 50% to us

• 50% to the Profit Pool, which is divided equally among all Pool Ticket owners.

Let’s look at an example.

If we make a 5% profit per month (our target) on a £140,000 account, that’s £7,000. After accounting for prop firm fees (assuming a 20% fee), we’d retain 80% of that £7,000, which equals £5,600.

Since this profit is split 50:50, each party would receive £2,800. Here’s a simple breakdown:

1. Monthly Profit: £140,000 * 5% = £7,000

2. Prop Firm Fees (20%): £7,000 * 20% = £1,400

3. Remaining Profit: £7,000 – £1,400 = £5,600

4. Profit Split (50:50): £5,600 / 2 = £2,800

The only financial risk is the cost of the Pool Ticket, your initial investment. Once your account is funded, you cannot lose money; you can only make a profit if the account is traded successfully. The only way that you can lose your account is if the Prop Firm closes the challenge or the account due to a rule breach, for example, losing more than 5% of the account balance in any day or 10% overall.

Our traders mitigate this risk by trading sensibly and using stop losses to avoid breaches. However, failing an account is possible.

We have capped the number of tickets for any individual investor at 6. With 6 tickets, this would generate more than enough profit to make anyone very happy!

We have also added a lifetime cap of 100 pool tickets. As soon as 100 tickets have been sold, the doors will be closed for new business. There are 10 pools, each having 10 pool tickets.

We are currently have 20 pool tickets available until Q3 2025.

All profits are paid and based on profits made. Unlike many DeFi income projects, there are zero ponzinomics.
